libglew-dev software package provides OpenGL Extension Wrangler - development environment, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libglew-dev
libglew-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libglew-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libglew-dev *
You will get with libglew-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
